Biography

Amber Shuster is a school psychology doctoral student in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology in 2018 from Kent State University and her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis here at the University of Tennessee in 2022. Before coming to UT, Amber worked in a Crisis Stabilization Unit of a Community Mental Health Center and Child Protective Services. She is currently working on her dissertation which focuses on assessing the effectiveness of different reading interventions.
